How do you take a picture of the best buzz of your life? -- Jeff (H`effay)

About Me

Howzit! Hawaii has been my home for over four years now and have loved it since day one. I'm originally from an Amish town in Indiana. I found waterskiing and sailing more interesting than making furnature and farming. After majoring in Mathematics and Computer Science at Valpo I moved to where the water is warm all year long (currently a Computer Science Ph.D. student at UH). Now I have two boats here (the second is getto-fab++ but still awesome) so you'll likely find me in Kaneohe Bay. When I'm not sailing I hike, enjoy hanging out with friends, cook midnight pizza, jump cliff, dive/free dive/snorkel, rock climbing and occasionally do some fishing (drink beer).

Endorsements:

My Interests

Sailing, Waterskiing, Hiking, Diving, etc., wine, romance, women, etc, parties, new and old friends, naked parties, midnight pizza, beruit (a.k.a. beer pong)

Music:

Whatever you don't like. No, actually I like most popular music. I'm Rock and Roll and Metal at heart, but I've even recently enjoyed a few country songs. I also like Hawaiian Style music (UB40, Ka'au Crater Boys, Hi-Risk Faktor, etc) and have a soft spot for oldies. I'll always have a kindred with John Mellencamp since we are both Indiana boys that joined other parts of the world, but still keep the small town in our hearts. But yeah, when I'm home alone, the odds are good Amarok is pumping out Megadeth, early Metallica, Sepultura, Pantera, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Guns and Roses, Judas Priest, Godsmack, Disturbed, Manson, Zombie, Tool and etc.

Movies:

Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb, Spaceballs, Resident Evil 1&2(better), Clockwork Orange, The Girl Next Door, Fight Club, Sin City, Some Like It Hot, Apocalypse Now, The Godfather, Pulp Fiction, Blow

Television:

(funny, I'm actually not a car guy)

This was the best show ever! To bad it isn't on anymore.

Books:

kill trees

Heroes:

My grandfather, Don Wingstrom, is my hero. He is the greatest man, ever. If you've never met him, he is as suave as James Bond and as philosophical as Aristotle. He is a true gentleman, philosopher and perfect grandparent.
