About Me

My name is Becca, I live in Germantown, Ohio with my husband Thomas and our cat, Cali. I am a member of Stratford Heights Church of God. Thomas and I are youth leaders for the Oasis Youth Group, the most awesome youth group in the world. It has really changed our lives! It's amazing! If you're ever free on a Tuesday night, you should come check it out. I am currently attending Wright State University to be a marriage & family counselor, something that God has called me to do. I currently work for Montgomery County Job & Family Svs. I have the most awesome friends! I love to scrapbook, even though I never have time to do it. I am the epitomy of home improvement. I am convinced I could build a house on my own, if I just put my mind to it. I have a rough exterior, but I'm really a softy. I have social anxiety disorder (self diagnosed, of course), so if I see you on the street and I don't say hi, you know why. But if you say hi to me first, I'll probably open right up. I know I'm weird. Anyway, that's pretty much me in a nutshell!

Of course I can't wait till I get to spend my time with Jesus Himself. How awesome that will be, walking the streets of gold with Him. When I get to heaven, I would love to talk to Jane Austin. What an amazing woman. But while I'm here on earth, I'd love to hang out with the one and only Reba. She's been my idol since I was kid. I love her!

Jeremy Camp, Casting Crowns, Jericho Praise Team (They so need to go public!) Audio Adrenaline (I'm super sad they're breaking up), Third Day, The Crabb Family, pretty much anything Christian. Oh, and of course Reba (she's my idol)!

Movies:

Becoming Jane, Dirty Dancing, In Love & War, Hope Floats, Chronicles of Narnia, Sweet Home Alabama, Beaches, Pride & Prejudice, all the classics.

Television:

Dawson's Creek is my favorite! There was a time when I thought I was Joey Potter. Or maybe I just wanted to be her. Anyway, I love it! As far as other shows, I don't get a chance to watch prime time tv anymore, so when I do have time to watch tv, I am addicted to the home make over shows, all of them! That's how I get ideas for my house.

Books:

Pride & Prejudice, Drowning Ruth, Vanity Fair... The Bible! I'm currently reading all of the Chronicles of Narnia Books (Ask me about them, they are awesome) and the Jane Austin books I have not read yet (Mansfield Park & Emma). HOT Myspace Layouts

Just an update

It's been 1 month and a week since my grandfather's death. It seems like once that hit, a lot of other things hit as well. Maybe his death just made all of the other stuff a lot bigger.......
