Born In Los Angeles, California and lived there until the age of fourteen, Offer was raised on West Coast Music. Due to personal, street and family drama he made the move to El Paso, Texas. El Paso a.k.a. El Chuco was nothing new to Offer. Yearly summer visits and having family in the city kept him in touch. With roots from Cd. Juarez, Mexico his permanent return to Chuco was Offer's home coming. From making front page news in the El Paso Times with his DTR Click to making music in the now business oriented DTR Productions, Offer stays in touch with the streets that made him. When asked about his affiliation to what he calls the hood in his music Offer answers,"If you haven't heard about me, then you haven't really been in these border streets. I'm talking about the streets now, not music. True, youngsters in the game now a days won't see me doing dirt, I'm doing this music thing now, but they'll see me rolling with the thugs and hustlers cause that's where i like to be, that's what I know.....". He now focuses on getting his name heard in the music industry. His musical background is not long but enough to lay the foundation to his planned "Low Blow Knock Out to the game". Starting out freestyling while drinking in the alley ways with his homies, formed the group 4ever Known. With members in California, Texas, New Mexico and Virginia small time radio play in local radio stations during local on air shows in El Paso,Texas and Fresno,California was a few achievements by his 4ever Known members. He has made collaborations with local artist performed at local car shows produced tracks for srtist in California and Texas and is in the process of releasing his album "Get Em!" independently. Offer had partnered up to start DTR Productions unfortunately his partner backed out at the last minute, so know he is building from the ground up on his own. Luckily he has already created a roster under his new organization artist like Sain't, Tech D, Coojo, T-Loc, Lil Mo', Rhino, Hash, Dreamer, Oso and Mary Wise have all decided to incorporate their talents and join DTR Productions.
