Well, lets see... where should I begin?. Music is something that I enjoy a lot. I like mainly rock, heavy metal, gothic, a little bit of punk, classical, and new age music. I am Wiccan, and I love studying about 'alternative' religions. I dont know if I deserve the straight-edge label, but i do agree with their 'beliefs'. I think drugs, smoking, and alcohol are stupid and pointless, and bragging about how you 'got really stoned last night' annoys the hell out of me. Who'd be proud of that? However, I know that people can get caught up in a cycle of destruction with alcohol and drugs, and I know it's incredibly hard for them to stop. For people that recognize what they're doing is destructive to themselves and everyone around them, and that are trying to stop or have stopped, I sincerely applaud you. I wish you all the strength in the world to continue on being clean and sober.
I love to read, especially horror and metaphysical pieces. I also love to write and paint. I love all animals, and the earth, and I believe we should respect and preserve the earth. I also believe we would benefit greatly if we all just took the time to really listen to the beauty of everything going on around us, i.e. the wind blowing, the birds chirping, the soft whispers of the ocean and the great growl of a tiger. There are many things that are waiting to be revealed to us if we would just listen. I am also very interested in vampires, and the practice of sanguinarian and psychic vampirism. The metaphysical and 'occult' fascinate and intrigue me. I definately have a 'gothic' side, make of that what you will.
I enjoy and support body modification. Currently I have eight mods: two 18ga nose piercings (one on each nostril), two 18 ga high nostril piercings (one on each notsril), a 14ga tongue piercing, 12ga septum piercing, and 12ga nipple piercings. And I gotta give props to the people that did them: Chris Earhart who did the nose, septum, and tongue piercings at Inflictions in Covina... you're awesome dude; And Jennifer who did the nipple piercings and the high nostril piercings at Primal Decor in Eureka. She is sooo super great and nice and very professional. Retired piercings are 16ga lip piercing and various earlobe ones. Throughout my life I plan to get more. The right side of my lip, industrials on both ears, and 00 ga earlobes are piercings that I have planned for the future. I plan to get several tattoos as well, but for now I'm not exactly sure where they'll be or what they'll look like.
Another thing I also love and support -- "sideshow"/"freak show" performances: fire eating and breathing (and flaming tongues are delicious too), juggling, tightrope walking, strait-jacket-escaping, sword swallowing, bed of nails, bicycle spokes through skin (Zamora The Torture King anyone??), eating glass.... mmm-mmm.
I guess you could say that inside, I am older. I feel much more mature than many of the kids that are my age, so please don't judge me on my age. However, everyone has their immature moments, myself included. I also have social anxiety, and it is hard for me sometimes/most times to go to a crowded restaurant or the movies. I'm friendly though, and a nice person, but its just really hard for me to talk to new/unknown people sometimes.
