"He was named after the biblical Joshua, a warrior. Bornstein said that after his son's birth, he took him in his arms and raised him up, saying: "Lord God, let him be a warrior for you and let his life reflect your peace" - AZ Central
Joshua was born on March 28, 1986. In Boston, Massachusetts. He moved with his mom [Katherine] and dad [Burt] to Denver, Colorado. Where his two younger sisters were born, Elisha and Lea.
A few years later josh and his family moved to Phoenix, Arizona.
When Joshua was about 10 years old, his parents got a divorced and then Josh moved back to Colorado with his Dad.
Soon Josh's dad got married to Kristen Darr.
After josh turned 15 years old he came back down to live with his two sisters and his mom.
Couple of years later Burt moved back to Arizona with his wife, Kristen to be around his kids.
When he got there Joshua decided he was going to live with his Dad, only 30 minutes away from his mom and sisters!
Even though josh lived 30 minutes away from Desert Vista he didn't want to leave his school and so he would drive down there every morning to go to school. He Graduated Desert Vista in '03 & had hopes of starting college in Fall '05. Josh always loved to be with his friends and family.
He put so much time into his car; he loved it more then anything. Josh would drop anything in an instant and drive down to ahwatukee to be with his friends and protect them. Josh taught us all so much that we take with us everyday. He will be greatly missed.
"Hast thou not known? Hast thou not heard, that the ever-lasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? There is no searching of His understandings"
"He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might He increaseth strength."
"Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:"
"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."
