2007- Divine has now got an agent situated in New Jersey (USA)- he is currently organising shows, and working on distributing music for her in the areas within New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Texas and Atlanta.
This year will be a VERY hard working one for miss Divine as not only does she attend Uni, but she is launching her business at the end of January… She is also having talks with her musical and business advisors about also launching the movement in Atlanta or New Jersey.
You will also be seeing Divine at many Gospel events either solo or within her church choirs (KCY and OOZ) during this year as she is taking this area of her faith more seriously and wants to show people that church isn't ''boring''.Other than this Miss Divine will be in The States for the better part of this year.HISTORY.....
Coming straight out of Cally N1,Divine has been singing since she was a young girl.She started spitting 4 years ago and has been exceling in the game since! She saw the boys spitting and thought why not write a bar. This bar was the begining of her love for the game, she loved the feedback she got. Divine would write bars on a regular basis (and still does) and go to youth clubs to spray them to build up her confindence. Here is were she was recruited by a crew called X-Rated,as she was the only female in the crew she felt she had to put in the work even more so that she could gain the respect the boys had.
In 2004 Divine auditioned for a project called the 'London Urban Collective' and got through, hereby opening the doors for her to be a part of an album that would be released on a record label. Through this project Divine gained a manager and many links. Divine met Shystie and her mangager who were very impressed with her lyrical talent, they asked her(alongside Yazmin and Sharifa) to come and record a song at thier studio to be put on Shysties mixtape. This was another confidence build for her.
2005 Divine became the founder of an all female movement called I.N.L (its not long) Females stand up. Her sole purpose to put all the females that she felt were not gettin the regocognition they deserved on the map. The ball has started rollin and the I.N.L females are layin down tunes. Watch out for the movement and up and coming videos!!
