"i love you Jesus, i worship and adore You, just want to tell You, Lord, I love You more than anything." the words to this song are my heart's cry. i love Jesus so much because he is the only true friend you will ever find. "a constant friend is He" as one songwriter described Him. never does He change. He will never love you any less. His love is pure. His love is true. His love is healing from every wound. His name is precious. His name is glorious. His name is power. His name is the name above all names. how do i know this? i have experienced it like many others haven't. His love has brought healing to my soul. His name has given me power over every situation and circumstance. His name has become the most beloved of all names to me. some ask why do you weep in church? are you upset? no im not mad or upset. its because of the all-encompassing, overwhelming love that i can feel at all times, not just at church. you may see me in my car crying. why? becuase His love is there too. it has taken me so long, too long, to realize how much i need Him. i still dont understand how much i need Him. but ive finally realized that i need Him more than people. people change. people come and people go. friends are there for a season, then they're gone. ive learned not to depend on people. im still trying to deal with the pain of lost friends that i put my trust and heart into. however, its my fault. He is the only one you can put your trust in. He will never fail you, even if it seems like He has. He knows so much more than we do. i didnt want to lose certain people. yet, God knows all about it and must see something great coming from it. "and we know all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28. no other can know what we need like the one who knows all. we just have to trust Him. He will have His perfect work. this is why I love Him.
