I love living in Chicago! Isn't it just beautiful? Don't we have such a lovely lakefront? I owe EVERYTHING that I am and that I have to GOD. I have started my real estate development business, BEAUTIFUL PROPERTIES WORLDWIDE, LLC, in order to improve the lives of myself and others. Our focus is on the building and development of people, properties, communities, through green technology and construction as we are an environmentally friendly company. Actually, I believe that this is my assignment by GOD to be involved with providing economic opportunities and housing people all over the world. I really am interested in redeveloping urban communities throughout the nation and around the world, especially in South Africa. I'm currently working on that now. I would like to make those communities "walkable" which means that people can walk to and shop at their own community retail establishments and restaurants. Right now, many of our urban communities are not like this. People have to drive outside of their communities to the stores and restaurants that they like to frequent. . .I would love to develop abandoned buildings and vacant lots into something that people would love to live in--something beautiful and of quality and excellence. It's the gift that I want to bring to the all urban communities. I am right now putting a plan together to help those who have the title of "ex-offender" get bak on their feet and start over again. I think that all of us deserve second chances and even third, fourth and fifth chances. Who am I to judge? If a person has paid his or her debt to society, why not help him or her get back on his or her feet ? That is what I am about with this business.
