About Me
Formed in Austin,Texas in 1991, long before anyone had heard of a "Tribute Band", The Eggmen started playing Beatles music for anyone who'd listen. Turns out, that was a lot of people.
They've played everywhere from backyards to the Governor's Mansion, weddings to conventions to Christmas parties, from Sugarland to Salt Lake City. The Eggmen are 6-time winners of the Austin Music Awards "BEST COVER BAND" and in the 2005 National Music Awards they won "AMERICA'S BEST TRIBUTE BAND". They have opened for many legendary artists such as Herman's Hermits, The Grass Roots, The Turtles, Three Dog Night, and Big Brother & the Holding Company.
If it's a guitar, bass, or drumkit The Beatles played, The Eggmen play it too. Not just for "the look" but for "THE SOUND".
