This space will not hold all my musical interests. Lets just sum this up to a lil of everything, except gangsta rap, gospel, and opera. I love rock, classic rock, alternative, Punk, Ska, some hip hop, some raggea-ton, some pop, but believe it or not, Country is a must. I love anything that makes me feel. I have seen Rush in concert, twice. They were the best concerts ever. I have seen Tim McGraw too, he is HOT! Slipknot rules, just call me a maggot, i don't mind. Television:
Hhmmmmmm......is there anything else on other than music and kids cartoons? Of course there is, it is called CSI and House. But honestly, Backyardigans is pretty cool.
Books:
Depends on my mood. Mostly fantasy fiction. Reading the Sword of Truth series. and books by the guy who wrote Wicked, Gregory Maguire. Reading anything i can get my hands on that interests me. Getting back into Terry Brooks as of late.
Heroes:
My Grandparents. They were married till death they did part. They lived life with humor and humility. What more can you possibly look for in a hero? They laughed often, gave without thought, and loved deeply. Family came first. What other lessons do you want?
I don't know all the names of my every day hero's, the United States Armed Forces. Yup, all of them. I don't care if they serve in the Marines, Army, Navy, or Air Force. They give up so much to try to protect other's rights. The right to hate us, the right to say so. It's not a God given right. It is a right given to us by so many men and women; past present and future. Their families give up so much for us as well. These people give up more than we can possibly imagine, sometimes even their marriages. Such a strange thought isn't? Their marriages?? Yes, the strain that the military life puts on couples is immense. Military marriages are more likely to end in divorce. I know first hand. Say thank you to these brave souls. Thank you for giving up your free time, years with your children lost as they grow up with you in places unknown. Thank you for the tough long fight, day in and day out. Thank you for giving up your life so that another can live. Thank you so very much for everything. Aren't these men and women your hero's too? If not, they should be. Semper Fidelis Sgt Woodard, Sgt Knipper, Sgt Creamer, Elijah and Jessica Carter. Army can not be forgotten, Marines start shit, you clean it up; PFC Krill, PFC Van Riper, Sgt Julio(can't remember last name) Sgt McGann and Two different Furhmans(brother and sister). You Navy boys and girls are in my thoughts as well; Michelle Furhman, her dad-Mr Furhman and Eric Alter. Only know one Air Force man, Ernie Lambertz.
