God in the quiet stillness.
Oh! Wait! I already do, everyday!
Let me ask you just One Thing, though:
Does what your doing glorify God?
I have a purpose. We all do. We were created for God's glory. Now, for those people who aren't Christian, you also were created for God's glory! But how can that be? How can you glorify someone you don't know, hardly know, don't care about, or are afraid to know? You can glorify God in so many ways, just seek him:
..
Will you go to heaven when you die?1. Realize your current condition.“As it is written: ‘There is no one righteous, not even one.’†Romans 3:10“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.†Romans 3:232. Understand what God requires as payment for sin.For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:233. Realize that Jesus died in our place. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:84. Call on Jesus for salvation.“For, ‘Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’†Romans 10:135. Take God at His word and believe His promise for salvation“That if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.†Romans 10:9,10Now, pray: "Dear Jesus, I believe in You. I believe You are the Son of God, that You died for my sins, and that You were buried and rose again as written in the Bible. I'm sorry for the things I've done that hurt You. Forgive me for all my sins. Come into my heart, take charge of my life and make me the way You want me to be. With Your ever present help, I renounce all my sinful practices of the past. Cleanse my heart with Your precious blood. Write my name in Your Book of Life. I confess You now as my Lord and Savior. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit. Thank You, Jesus! In Jesus' Name, Amen."
