Originally from Brooklyn NY, this now Buffalo Soldier has a long list of musical accomplishments. Structure Entertainment was launched in 2004 as part of a movement to establish a personal business for Melec as well as put the City of Buffalo, back on the music scene. The company is committed to producing the highest quality of music for its listeners, while introducing a variety of new style. Previously known as an industrial city, Buffalo, New York has also nurtured several national and international stars in music including; Grover Washington, Rick James, and Goo-Goo Dolls just to name a few. Now Melec has committed to bringing the listening public the best in new sounds from Hip-Hop to R&B, and will be introducing the future superstars of tomorrow, today! Since the age of 10 Melec has has lyrically planted his feet in New York State as one of the "GREATS". In 2002 Melec's song "REAL" (featuring Stori James) was featured in the independent film "Chatroom," which was distributed by Artisan Home Entertainment. Also a licenced barber of over 15 years Melec has laced a great deal of celebs.(SO IF YOU NEED A CRISPY CUT, HOLLA). Melec has featured song's on the recently released "DJ Shay's Unsigned City Volume III", IN STORES NOW!!!. The album is a well put together combination of Hip-Hop, R&B, and Neo-Soul from some of the hottest underground talents in the Upstate region. The second single, "LuvMelody" featuring Melec is performed by Stori James, who has recently worked with M1 of Dead Prez and some other industry notables, she brings across a Neo-Soul flavor with a combination of old school hip-hop and reggaeton.. Structure Ent.is sure to be an independent company that will build a huge following, and could possibly top the charts.
