Not a band web-site. Just me!Well.. About me. I am a 33 year old male that just got out of the Army about a year ago where I served as a Medic. I was in Iraq in 2004. Where I made friends with some Kurdish people. I had not ever even heard of the Kurds intil that time and man! Was I blowen away. With the their history and hearts. I was sold out on the spot. I said that. I would like to give my life in trying to help them as much as I could. So. While, I was there. I made some phone calls back to the states, to my dad and soon he too was sold on the ideal. He has a great heart. To make a long story short. By the time I was leaving Iraq, my dad had all ready been in the North of Iraq, other wise known as Kurdistain, for two weeks with the contacts that I had made. He told me" Son I want to come and see you!" I told him don't you do it. There is a lot of danger where I am at! Which was Mosul.. At the tip of the Suni triangle. The North of Iraq is a lot safer to because of the help of the no fly zone and the dilagents of the Kurdish forces. My dad has spent over one year on the ground there and, I have be back once this year for three months.Our goal there is. To show love and, concern and, to bring light to the long ignored plight of the Kurdish men and, women of that region. Though the organising of NGOs that can help a damaged people. Return to a place where they can begain to live a normal free life. As the people of Kurdistain. So thier children can grow up in a World where, they know that they are loved by the people of the World.
