About Me

*Rather than rambling about myself, I'd like to tell you a little about what I do... It's a scientific fact that your brain, spinal cord and the rest of your nerves control every aspect of your body. Any interference on the vital nerve links between your brain and your body will result in the body not being able to function at its maximum capability. A common source of interference comes from the moving bones of the spine that encase the "information super highway" of your spinal cord.Nerve pressure can cause numbness, weakness or the underperformance of organs and tissues. Also, spinal misalignment (including bad posture) can cause nerve tissue to stretch and become irritated. This can distort nerve messages between your body and your brain. The result being-hyperactive organ function, high blood pressure or even pain.The focus of chiropractic care is on the integrity of your nervous system to allow the body to heal itself. A healthy lifestyle involves a healthy nervous system and limited amounts of stress levels.-Health comes from within and is a natural condition of the body-Chiropractic helps improve your health and restore internal resistance to disease rather treating external causes of disease-Health is multidimensional not just physical-The wisdom inherent in the body is capable of maintaining the body in health if there is no interference in its functioning-Ultimate responsibility for health is the patient's-The doctors role is to unleash the natural healing power within-Chiropractic is a shift away from disease care to wellness care*
