I'm an idealist and traveler, people are often surprised to accept that I'm shy around people because I'm physically active and emotional -- meaning I'm openly moved by any art that touches me. However, I do have a hard time meeting and talking to people -- I'm simply not a salesman by nature. I'm a listener and keep an open mind ... especially considering that I've either been there or plan to be there.
Art: visual art compels me to think :: audio art compels me to feel. I've always thought in pictures, not words or even small objects and consider myself a visual story teller. I was once a musician, and honestly love most forms of music. I do get sad when people turn their love of one style of music into a hatred of other styles of music.
Environment: we should be more than a part of it, but also stewards ... I've made it my career. I hope that when I pass that the legacy of the problems I solved will endure.
Owl: if I had to describe which animal I feel best represents me, it would be the owl ... as I tend to withdrawl to myself, but I'm watchful of and connected with the world around me ... when I travel through that world, I'm not Earthbound but instead prefer to take flights through dark skies.
Blue: has always been my color, like me it is associated with water and air, it is emotional and fluid, it changes form and shade depending upon where it is, and often runs away. Its power is limitless and can be best described as unbounded.
Movement: I was once robbed of the ability to walk, and I think it is tragic that our lives are so busy that we'll forgo walking, running, biking, or dancing ... I'm honestly at my best when I'm in motion.
Love: Is the feeling you have when you want to share something with another person ... I have an abundance of that emotion, but I don't always show that side of myself.
