About Me

born 1959 (do the math, I'm hella ancient!) and raised in the People's Republic of Berkeley, California, in the middle of everything! I'm Host & Producer of music programs, A DJ if you will, on non-commercial radio in the San Francisco Bay Area. I host a folk music show called A Patchwork Quilt, Saturdays 5-6:30pm on 91.7 KALW in The City, and occasional folk, world, and classical music programs on KPFA 94.1 Berkeley. Day job was (snif) at Cody's Books. I'm currently working at another great historical Berkeley bookstore, Shakespeare & Co. 2 days a week. Father of 13 year old Willie. Clean & Sober since 1985. I Draw, sing and play guitar, swim, walk, ride a bicycle when it's repaired or not stolen. I'm right handed. My shoe size is 8. What else do you want to know?
