I love watching a good comedy. I don't like science fiction type movies. Romantic comedy is always a safe bet with me. Some of my recent favs: 50 First Dates, A Lot Like Love, Guess Who, The Longest Yard, Spanglish, Something's Got to Give, Anger Management, Shall We Dance, Taxi, Beauty Shop, and What Women Want. Some of my favorite suspense/thriller movies are: The Bone Collector, Seven, Conspiracy Theory, Man on Fire, Signs, and Taking Lives. Some of my favorite oldies but goodies are: Coming to America, National Lampoon (All the Vacation movies), Big, Breakfast Club, Hocus Pocus, Mrs. Doubtfire, and my all time fav: The Wizard of Oz
My favorite shows are: Lost, Grey's Anatomy, Desparate Housewives, and of course CSI (Las Vegas).
Some of my favorite authors are Patricia Cornwell, Dean Koontz, and John Grisham. Don't get much time for reading these days.
My mom, My dad, My sister Lisa, My best friend Lisa, My dear friend Maya, My beautiful daughter Elizabeth, My brilliant son Sam, My former husband Scott, My cousin Scotty, My third grade teacher Mrs. Estremado, All of the patients I have cared for in their valliant fight against cancer, those who have won their fight, and those who didn't, My Grandma Spence, my "Space" friends who have shared a piece of themselves with the world so that others might grow, Ellen Weiland and Myself. My beautiful neice Britni and all of those like her who serve our country in the name of freedom, whether we agree with the cause or not. This is a partial list of those who have significantly impacted my life, allowing me to learn life lessons either by example or by unselfishly sharing some of themselves so that I might grow.
