We are a different animal these days.
While we may have been comfortable in shadowy obscurity before as the nobodies we are, we are more than happy to join the music industry now, in its writhing death throes. There’s no point, we can’t pretend there’s anything in it for us. Beauty alone dictates, amorphous in our bones.
