Emerging from Adelaide, Dimension Flux are pushing the envelope in creating a new and unique sound. This trio have extensive experience in both performance and recording, embracing influences from various musical genres, creating a musical concoction that gets the brain synapses firing, and the feet moving.
Forming in 2005, D-Flux have established themselves in the scene, having completed remixes which have seen digital release and have also recently won the Australian Echoplex remix competition where the song will be released via Soleil Records in November 2007.
The duo hail from completely different musical backgrounds bringing different influence to the music.
Angelina began her musical career as a freelance audio engineer and sound designer for theatre, radio, animation and film productions. In her younger years she played in numerous bands singing and/or playing bass, she was also a professional dancer specialising in ballet & folk. Angelina currently fronts the band, Star10Hash, an all female metal, rock and punk band for years. Sven has extensive experience in the music industry; he has been producing for over 10 years and has earned a reputation in the scene for his creative DJ skills and promoting. He was the DJ/FX specialist for the Nu Metal band act called The Borderland. Jason the newest member to the fold has brought a new element to the D-flux sound. An innovative and experienced live and session guitarist, Jason also has experience with programming, synths and vocals that he uses to influence the sound.
Dimension Flux are currently in the studio, collaborating with other artists to create a live performance featuring live vocals, beats, synths and guitars - Get ready, get set for Dimension Flux.....
