On some situations orders can be ordered up to a week ahead depending on the request and difficulty of the order. [email protected] Background and experience:I started decorating when i was 14 years old and have been decorating cakes for over 11 years. I have worked in dozens of bakeries and cake shops throughout the years. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts in April of 2003. After graduation I went on to take a Pulled Sugar class with the amazing Ewald Notter at his school in Orlando, FL. Next I had attended my first Cake Camp in Riverside, CA and another in Las Vegas, NV. There i took many classes with some of the worlds most famous decorators such as Collette Peters, Nicholas Lodge, Debbie Brown, Autumn Carpenter and many many more. The last class i had attended was with Collette Peters at the Notter School Of Pastry in Orlando, FL in November where I completed Collettes Cakes and Collettes Advanced Cakes. From there I started an internship with Confetti Cakes in New York City. Currently I am also working full time at Candyland Crafts in Somerville, NJ which is a cake and candy supply store where i am learning the retail side of the business.
