Hola, mi nombre es Leo, soy mexicano y aunque tengo mas de la mitad de mi vida viviendo en Los Angeles, amo a mexico tanto como amo a mi propia familia. *******Soy el percusionista de ESTIGMA, una de las bandas mas populares de rock en español de Los Angeles. El motivo por el cual estoy en myspace, es mas que nada para conocer gente que goce de tener el gusto por la buena musica y poder compartir con ellos lo que es ESTIGMA.***** ESTIGMA es un proyecto que nacio hace una decada y fue a raiz, de la necesidad de expresar lo que inquietamente traiamos como musicos. Lucas voz y guitarra, es el fundador de el proyecto, al cual nos le unimos Ismael,(bajista)Gabriel(baterista) que al dejar la banda, su lugar lo ocupo Raul y yo, en la percusion. Entre nuestros tantos logros estan, el haber participado en la serie de television AMERICAN FAMILY con Edward James Olmos, Rachel Welch y kate del castillo entre otros, con nuestro tema DAME MAS. El haber participado en la banda sonora de la pelicula SANTOS DIABLOS con el tema VISION, el cual fue escrito especialmente para esta cinta y que al final fue el tema principal de ella misma. El haber podido editar nuestro primer CD/DVD que se titula PIEL DE BARRO en una edicion especial, el cual cuenta de un cd con 11 temas, un dvd con el videoclip de el tema VISION y una entrevista con la banda. Hi, my name is Leo, I'm from Mexico and even though I've been living in Los Angeles more than half my life, I love Mexico as much as I love my own family. I'm the percussionist of ESTIGMA, which is one of the most popular latin rock band from Los Angeles. The reason for which I am on MySpace is more than anything to meet people who enjoy listening to good music and being able to share with them what ESTIGMA really is. ESTIGMA is a project which was born a decade ago as a result of the need to express what we felt inside as musicians. Lucas,(vocalist and guitarist) is the founder of the project, to which were joined by Ismael(bassist) and Gabriel(drummer). After Gabriel left the band he was replaced by Raul(drummer) and me on percussion. Some of our many accomplishments are having participated in the TV series AMERICAN FAMILY staring Edward James Olmos, Rachel Welch and Kate Del Castillo among many others, with the song DAME MAS(Give Me More). Having participated in the sound track for the movie SANTOS DIABLOS with the song VISION, which was especially written for this movie and which also became the main song for the movie.
