Now currently living in the Hills !!HOW LONG MIXING - Started mixing in 1998 on 2 Ritcher sound own brand direct drive turntables and a Kam mixer (which I still own), tried mixing Happy Hardcore, Acid Techno, Trance. Changed to Hardcore in 1999, was a good move...!!! Got my Technics 1210's Mk2 in 2001, bought 2nd hand and still using them today. WHAT DO I PLAY - Hard, Dark, Fast / Slow, Industrial, Noise, will happily play Cheesy, Breaks, Floor Filler, Slow Doomey, French, anything hardcore really...!! Also play whatever else is available, Hardstyle, Trance, anything with a beat !!! HARDCORE INFLUENCES - IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER - theDestroyer, HMS, the dj Producer, Jay Prescott, Rage, Clarkee, Loftgroover, Brisk, Robbie Long (early days) are the names I can remember. EVENTS/CLUBS PLAYED AT - Faction, C.S.R. Terrorland (Holland), I Hate Trance (Holland), Species, Rigamortis, Total Bedlam, Futureshock, Audio Factory, Subliminal Discharge, Evolution, Spawned, North Dogs Bollox 2002 & 2003, North Radical, Crossbreed, Oblivion, Diehard, Oblivion, Hysteria, Miguels Gabber Kitchen, The Death Labs, Rezonate, The Darkroom, Area 41WHAT GOT ME INTO THE SCENE ? - Er, not really sure... First hardcore night out was Club Kinetic in October '93, remember Clarkee plying at 12 o'clock, was a blinder of a set, no idea that he played at the time..! Was originally a Grunge, Metal, Extreme Metal, Rock head, who was totally against Dance and Rave music for about 8 years... Woke up one morning in '93 and thought lets have a listen to what it's all about. Molly had lent me a dj Phantasy tape from Obsession '93, that was the start of things... First hardcore night out was Club Kinetic in October '93, remember Clarkee plying at 12 o'clock, was a blinder of a set, no idea that he played at the time..!*A PREDICTION FOR THE FUTURE* The world will end at somepoint after I'm dead... But before that the fish will rise up out of the sea, the fish-tanks and other fish holding containers to wage a Holy war against humans because of 'Sushi' dishes... The war that ensues will last for a thousand years, roughly... Hardcore will still be around but only as 'Muzak' which will be played in elevators, old peoples rest/retirement homes, posh resturants, uber-hyper-supermarkets as background music and on Radio 4... There will be a new form of music, what, I don't know... There will be a 'One World' Government that will control 98.9% of everything and anything that happens in the world, 1% will be controlled by the fish and the remaining 0.1% controlled by the 'Illuminati'... (Before the Holy fish war...)
