It's raining again... Southern California is not a lot of fun in the rain.. Why would you ever plan for drainage in a place where it never rains?

Just got back into Los Angeles after a lovely full moon carve through the canyons of the Santa Monica Mountains..
I started out just above Hollywood and followed the ridges as far as I could.....
