Slowly reducing his set up to only one turntable and no vinyl at all, only using the electricity and the buzz from a broken turntable, this created a more arid sonic production and brought him to where he is today, where he mainly uses guitar pedal effects, a mixer, a mini disc and a Moog ring modulator, using these devices in the no-input mixing board set-up, his music is always radical, mostly improvised, and can range from harsh bursts of feedback to slowly evolving soundscapes.________________________________________________ ___________________________Member of the penskyplochingen duo, which consist of plochingen on laptop, and himself on electronics, voice and various devices and is also a member of the martin gomez y su orchestra and a member of the martiensgohome collective which broadcasts a weekly radio show, LIVE each Thursday from 21h30 to 22h30 on http://radiocampus.ulb.ac.be________________________________ ___________________________________________Did a sound installation for JAP, called accoustic "pick-ups", consisting of ten pick ups on which small objects had been placed and the result was the a very genteel and anarchic micro soundtrack / a second installation is been worked on right now and will be shown during a residency at Q-02 werkhuis in Brussels.___________________________________________________ ________________________Recorded two soundtracks for the Playsure Dance Company, "You're Supersilent" in 2002 and "Hit Parade" in 2004._______________________________________________________ ____________________ ____________________________________________________________ _______________Did an experimental film entitled "Light Show" filming mal functionning public lightning. This film is the first of a serie, and can be shown alone or as a partition for improvising musician/s, it can also be played at various speed.
