Read my essay-sized about me, please!
So, you’d like to know about me, eh? Well, first off let me just say that I am flattered that you do. There is so much to tell, so, I guess its best to start out with the basics.
My first name is Joel, and my last name is Ryan. I am 18 years old, and I currently live in the pristine and very expensive San Francisco Bay Area, which is located in Northern California. As I was born and raised here, this area is the only place that I call home. I live with my family which is made up of my two really great parents, my two older brothers, and my younger sister, whom is also my best friend. I recently graduated High School, and I am now in college.
I’d like to tell you a bit about my interests and my general personality. As far as interests go, I enjoy many things. Some HUGE ones, however, are theme parks and anything to do with them; traveling to big, cool cities; photographing neat subjects and then editing the photos digitally with photoshop; and, of course, shopping and fashion. With fashion, I have a bigger sense in it than your average testosterone-guzzling, mega-macho, crotch-itching dude. For example, usually a guy will just throw on whatever is clean and/or fits. With me, my colors must match and the outfit I wear has to match my mood I happen to be in. Abercrombie-type clothes for confident/happy, and skaterish apparel for those moody emo days. Another thing I love doing is dancing. I don’t uhm, “dance†how you’d think either. I dance the way I feel like it. You know, crazy shit where youd think I was having a seizure, or something that just looks plain retarded. Yeah, that rad, huh?
Now, my personality on the other hand…. This can be complicated. I cant exactly describe my personality with just a couple of words, since I am what youd call “two-facedâ€. One day (or minute) I can be completely nice, cute whatever, and the next day or minute I can be completely bitchy, rude, stuck up, or just plain sad. I know, even I confuse myself. Unfortunately, I’m usually more materialistic than generous, and more rude than polite. Oh well.
I don’t know what to talk about next. Uhh… Damnit, WRITERS BLOCK!!! OH NOEESS!! I hate when this happens. Well, I guess I could talk more about me? NOW THERES AN IDEA! Haha, anyway, I could talk about my goals? Ok, lets talk about that! My goals are pretty straightforward, and probably predictable. I’d like to either model or become an actor. I know I know, “Take a number and get in line†right? Well, Its something I am aspiring to be, and who knows? Maybe it will happen! But until that time, I have an interest in becoming something more simple like a Meteorologist (weather dude), Realtor (dude that sells houses), or just maybe an Architect (dude that builds the houses).
I think I’ll talk about the “who’d I like to meet/interested in†category next. Well, first off, Id like to meet anyone who is interested in me, but isn’t a creep. (You’re a creep if you apply to 4 or more items in my dislikes list, BUT I am known to make exceptions) I’m shy though, so I might be a bit…quiet. Make me talk! Heh, yeah. The people I’m interested in actually dating, well, I hope I wont meet HIM off MySpace, because that’s got tacky written all over it. Id like to meet him in person, randomly, and magically.
