About Me

scrap processors are the audio sounds of carey glyn. on many levels, this dedicated metropolitan new york-bred renaissance man is involved in musical affairs such as composer, writer, audio engineer and disc jockey. Carey has been writing electronic music for several years. interests include photography, history, american radio, traveling and collecting vinyl records.
scrap processors was the name chosen to depict the loosely scattered artifacts and pieces of the prior generation. sometimes, still useful, like parts of industry gone away, audio is reconstructed, much like ghosts of the past, where it can become again useful. recycled. sometimes the cosmetic appearance may not be immediately pleasing, functionality will certainly prove itself over and over again.
as a dj, he is able to speak to different audiences because of his new york city upbringings. carey also has tapped into a worldwide appeal, taking journeys with his unique vinyl, loosely classified as hard-to-find or just plain timeless.
carey glyn's brand 'nurvon channel' series brings forth a different approach to the best tech house and electronic compositions that encompass many ventures into places not commonly seen and heard in our time.
