YardleyBates is my wife. I just got hired by a regional airline as a pilot first officer. This is something I've wanted to do my whole life, and I've finally succeeded.
My two passions - after my wife - are anything related to aviation - especially WWII fighters, and sports car racing (ALMS, Grand-Am, Trans-Am, SCCA, etc.); well, really cars in general.
My car, which is also my avatar, is 2002 Pontiac Firehawk. That's my "good car". I just bought a 1999 Porsche Boxster. It's my "winter beater". Really, it's my work car, that I also happen to take to the race track.
