All forms of EDM: Trance, House, Electro, Techno, Minimal ect... along with Sublime, 311, Incubus, RHCP, and some of the other obvious great bands of the 90's
Movies:
Don't really have any favorites off the top my head, Exotica films are a must of course.
Television:
UFC, PRIDE FC, Premiership Futbol, anything involving High Def is pretty decent... all sorts of stuff.
