$ho-Money, formally know as David Beverly was born on July 19th, 1984 in the great city of Los Angeles. Son of NFL running back Dwight Beverly, David was born destined for stardom. At an early age David lived through many trials and tribulations being taken away from his Mother and being moved around from foster home to foster home, which made him wiser and stronger. When David returned to his mother in 1993 they packed up and moved to the Eastside of Long Beach, CA where he started rapping and running the streets. Music was a great influence in his life and his family was very musically talented. With a Mom that sang beautifully, an older brother that rapped and a younger brother that had a great talent for making beats, his family made sure he grew up in a musical household. At the very young age of eight when most children are just beginning to learn how to write full sentences, David mastered the art of writing well-constructed songs. As David grew older he also discovered he had athletic abilities beyond belief. He quickly became a star high school football player at Long Beach Wilson High School, eventually being offered a full scholarship to play football at many prestigious schools such as USC, CAL and Colorado State University among others, settling in the end for Idaho state university. In 2002, David graduated high school and went off to Idaho to fulfill his football dreams, leaving music behind to concentrate on school and his possible future in the NFL. As the years went on David became a football sensation at Idaho State, but always keeping music close to his heart. Any spare time that he had would be spent recording music in the studio or on his home computer and microphone accumulating to this day over 100 completed tracks. He loved to put on a good show and perform at local night clubs and school events in Idaho, and whatever venue he would perform at he would bring out a crowd, he loved to put on a show, and whenever he did, the money came, hence his stage name, $ho-Money. In the near future, $ho-Money has many goals that he wants to accomplish, including signing with a major record label and getting his music heard by many. He would also love to have his own record label, clothing line, do movies/comedy and play professional football.
