People... My drug of Choice!

About Me

I am a restless soul who doesn't like to stay any one place to long. I moved to San Francisco to manage bands in the bay area and finish my schooling. I love music, but sadly I am not musically inclined. I am an Extrovert! I love people of every shape, style, race, and sex. I believe that everyone has something to teach! I am a great listener, and for some reason people feel the need to tell me there problems even when I don't know them, My good friends say that I am a great advice giver. My only problem is it seems like i can always solve everyones else's problems except mine! I guess its the old catch 22. I am originally from DEtroit Michigan, but as of now I am from San Francisco by way of Phoenix. I have worked in numerous fields of work trying to find what I like best! From Work with the Children's hospital, door to door sales, banking, marketing, car sales, band management and the list goes on. I guess I am still looking for what fits me. My political values i feel are not important because they always seem to create boundaries or cause issues and arguments. Which leads to me not be able to really get the know a person for who they are. Instead I enjoy listing and understanding everyone else's point of view. I draw my conclusions not on what I hear or see through the media but through the people I come in contact with, People who have first hand experience with what the preach. My own knowledge and research too is a big part as well. I love the outdoors, and the changing of the season's; there is something about it that just makes me feel good inside. My strongest attribute? hmm I have to say Loyalty, I am loyal to my friend's to the end I think that may be why i have been blessed with so many friends. My favorite thing to do you ask? Host Parties! I love hosting parties, throwing them, going to them you meet the most diverse people at parties especially here in San Francisco! All in all I love people, and hope to meet more by joining myspace!

My Interests

Rowing, Music industry, Walking on the beach at dusk, playing hid and go seek with my nephew's and nieces, meeting new people, Repelling, Bouldering, old school video games, hosting Friendly get together s and Parties, helping friends accomplish their goals, Film, Reading, Bar hoping in SF, taking on to much and never getting any sleep.....

I'd like to meet:

Anyone who is not narrow minded. People with askew perspectives on life, I like to learn things that I dont know about... so people who have important stuff to say! Anyone who has a band, needs to build a band, works in the music industry in general recording/producing/distribution. People with sales and marketing experience, people who have the entrepreneurial spirit. Prue bred or 50/50 Irish, Russian, Japanese, African American, Jewish, Greek, or Spanish women :-)AIM= OmegaPrecept

Music:

Instead of listing 40 million bands and composers I will just write what I have been listening on my ipod as of lateSo Lately I have been listening to alot of Issa Bagayyogo. He is one of the many expanding artist coming from west Africa. If you have not heard his music I strongly recommend giving him a chance. especially if you live in the city. I guess its Kinda tribal/downtempo/Electronic. Very interesting to say the leastThen I have been listing to Chilled Ibiza, Down tempo/Ambient music, recommended for long walks, or dinner parties. Very relaxing and a great mood setter. Chance are you have heard a few songs in the past either on the radio or a club, perhaps even a movie. On the lighter side I have been really enjoying Jami Cullum, Contemporary Jazz, feel good music. As of December I have been listening to alot of Hooverphonic...Also I highly recommend The Thievery Corporation

My Heros are the people who I am luckily enough to come in contact with during this short road we call life. I love my friends and make it a goal of mine to make a new one each week! Its surprising the things you can learn from people if you just listen to what they have to stay, and don't discriminate.
