ABOUT THE ARTIST
Greg Kandis is a self-representing Greek-American artist who has been painting professionally for five years. His works of art are in private collections all over the U.S., Canada, and several countries in Europe.
Greg Kandis' modern, contemporary paintings are vibrant in color, vigorous in structure, and abstract in nature. His one clear aim is to use colors and shapes, and to apply the paint in a passionate way which comes from him as positive energy. His work is intuitive; color is the language that is used to express what he is feeling. "It is the interaction of color that interests me...that infects me. Hopefully my work elicits emotional responses and vividly expresses my passion for Art and Life."
His works are Modern and Contemporary abstract paintings. Kandis paints only with high quality professional grade fine Acrylic paints and high quality professional grade canvas which is stretched and primed by the artist himself.
