Jul3ia Richard

About Me

Jul3ia Richard was born in a log cabin in Tennessee in 1807. She first learned how to play music on a makeshift guitar-like contraption she fashioned out of a skillet, some string, and the butt of her father's old musket. Jul3ia now looks quite remarkable for almost two hundred, but the wisdom so elegantly woven into her music could only come from a voice of such age and experience. This, of course, is the mystery of the real Jul3ia Richard, born on Cape Cod in 1982. Though very young (and often a bit childish) Jul3ia speaks the truth of the ages through her haunting melodies, gripping parables, and absolutely unmatched harmonies. This is more than can be said about the silent three in the middle of her name, which she explains, "is a laugh, isn't it?" As of this very moment, Jul3ia has already released two full-length albums of mind-blowing clarity and unsurpassed message, which no one will ever listen to. Why do I say that? Because in this communist American Idol age of our music's history, nothing that unique or thought-provoking will ever sell. Oh yeah, I said it.http://www.promofm.com/bands/485/index.php
