Madmanface

2001: "necesito un seudónimo para esta maqueta de seis temas...."
Así comenzó este proyecto: Madmanface, y con ello la primera maqueta en verano de 2001 llamada "Depressive Nature".
Tras ella "Agony Within" en 2002, "Sorrow" en 2004 y alguna otra que no ha llegado a ver la luz.
En 2007 llega "A short Story pt.1", que como su nombre indica es un avance de lo que será "A Short Story".
Todas estas canciones han sido distribuidas en pequeños círculos sin llegar a extenderse mucho, y dado la calidad del sonido de las grabaciones tampoco se ha podido llegar más allá a pesar de la gran aceptación recibida por quien lo ha escuchado.
"Han pasado demasiados años sin conseguir nada. HA LLEGADO EL MOMENTO.”
Hasta ahora todo cuanto puede escucharse ha sido compuesto e interpretado por David.
Las voces cantadas, guitarras y bajos tocados y baterías programadas. Todo en la soledad de una habitación con no más ayuda que un ordenador de sobremesa.
Tras varias personas que han pasado por el proyecto el infortunio ha querido siempre que todo se reduzca al mínimo exponente: una sola persona sin demasiadas expectativas (de nuevo) y mucha frustración (tal vez demasiados intentos).
En gran parte de estas situaciones surgen algunos de los temas tratados en las canciones.
Música que va desde el Rock en estado puro hasta el country, rock sureño o blues pasando por grunge, mainstream, toques progresivos y todo cuanto pueda pasar por está alocada imaginación.
Tal vez esta sea la ocasión esperada. Tal vez ha llegado el momento. Tal vez......
2001: "I need a pseudonym for this six songs demo...."
This is the beginning of this project: Madmanface, and with it the first demo in 2001 summer called "Depressive Nature".
After it "Agony Within" in 2002, "Sorrow" in 2004 and many others whom never have been heard.
In 2007 arrives "A short Story pt.", has it tells with its name is an advance of what it will be "A Short Story".
All those songs have been distributed on small circles of friends without get to be hearda far beyond, and with the poor quality of the sound of the records it couldn't get it although the approval of everyone who has listened it.

Until now all what can be heard has been composed and played by David.
The lyrics songed, guitars and basses played and drums programmed. All inside the loneliness of a bedroom with no more help than a desktop pc.
After many persons who has passed across the project the missfortune has always desired to reduce all to the minimum: an only person without not too much expectation (again) and a lot of frustration (maybe too many tries).
Largely of those situations rise up some of the thems treated on the songs.
Music from Rock on purely state to country, southern rock or blues across grunge, mainstream, progressive sounds and all what could pass inside this crazy imagination.
Maybe this will be time. Maybe the moment has come. Maybe......
