Massage is greatly beneficial for the body-physically, mentally, & spiritually, & so relaxing. Next step, am hoping to get into nursing program :) When I am not busy/working-- I like to be wherever & have fun with family & friends. I try to stay clear of drama-have been around it enough for one lifetime. If I want drama, I'll watch TV or read, but people's drama, not cool.
