I love to dance, cook, bake and generally entertain people. Not that I love to be the center of attention, but I do like to make people smile! I love to play cards (especially TARNEEB) and games in general. And I so rock at old school Nintendo... ;p And I love to travel, although I don't really get to do it as often as I would like. =(
Mr. Kosa...my ancestors...William Shakespere...Oprah...Hillary Clinton...Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. (And, like my mom says, anyone that would give Meg a record deal...)
Cinderella, 40 Year Old Virgin, Old School, Drop Dead Fred, Mean Girls, Dance With Me, Remember the Titans, What About Bob (but only watching it with my dad), Bridget Jones' Diary (the first one and Edge of Reason), Love Actually, Napoleon Dynamite, Office Space, Finding Nemo and Fools Rush In.
Raider Football, FOOD NETWORK, especially Rachel Ray, and American Idol.
I love so many!!! My favorites are: The Kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns, Circle of Friends, Memoirs of a Geisha, Confessions of a Shopoholic (the whole series), Can you Keep a Secret?, The Life of Bees, Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (the whole series), the DaVinci Code, Angels and Demons, Tuesdays With Morrie, The Five People you Meet in Heaven, and any books related to cooking (I.E. -- COOKBOOKS -- LOL).
My parents because they gave me a true sense of family, they taught me how to love and to commit so fully to another person, and they lived the truth. And mostly because loving and respecting each other was (and still is) the best thing they could (and can) do for us girls. Plus, they are SOOOO much fun and if it wasn't for them, no one would like us...hahaha
My sister because she knows what she really wants (few people do) and is determined to get it. She is beautiful and smart and funny... and I admire her sense of self and her strong will, and perhaps even more than that her unwavering support of me. I never wanted anything more than a little sister, and I have been thankful for her every single day since that wish was granted.
My Aunt Ki-Ki. She is a hell of a mom, has met life's challenges, and continues to succeed. She is an amazing friend, confidant and support system all wrapped into one. I will always admire her ability to be rock strong and yet so sensitive to other people's needs. (And, there is NOTHING like having a professional makeup artist work on your face when you just aren't feeling very pretty!)
Krystal, because among other things, she always has all the answers. For example....who knew about this little BR HTML code? Surely not me!!! She has the answers for non-HTML life, too. LOL She has taught me a thing or two about not having to always disclose EVERYTHING to EVERYBODY, and despite the fact that she thinks she acts immature, she really has a lot figured out about life. Plus, she ALWAYS makes me smile. =)
My Habibi. For making me believe that there really is someone out there that I can trust with my heart. Someone that I can just have fun with and someone who will truly love me forever. Someone who has been through some almost unbearable experiences, yet remains strong for those around him and still handles his responsibilities. I know that I can trust you to be my strength if and when my own strength ever fails me.
Myself. I am a damn strong woman. I have been through A LOT, and have managed to smile through the tears. I will never forget the power that I have inside...and THAT will always inspire me...
