About Me

I am Daryl.
I am also known as
Daryl .
This is my ordinary myspace. If you're going to add that one, then message me there first!
I can also be found at deviantART where you can view some more of my work. I tend to have more varied work there, so have a look!

N.B. I'm not like every other myspace photographer. I have a genuine interest in photography, and have done for many years now. I'm actually studying photography. Not because it's cool, but because I take it seriously and in order for anyone to take me seriously, I need qualifications. I want to continue studying it until I feel I have learnt all there is to know about taking good photographs. I own a real SLR camera, not just a digital one. I only use professional standard equipment. I am forever skint because I spend so much on what I do, but I don't charge for my work. I believe you need a decent portfolio and a reputation for good work before you can start charging people for you to arse about with a camera. This said, I do appreciate getting into gigs for free in exchange for the photos, because it does make things a bit easier {financially} on my part.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

say no
to myspace whores

I would like to meet any bands in Essex/London who are looking for a photographer!
Basically, I'm a student photographer looking for jobs and also wanting to fill up my portfolio! So, any bands who want me to come along to gigs and take pictures {especially if I can get in for free!} are all welcome here =)

My Blog

Equipment that I use etc. etc. for those who care

I am a photographer, looking for work, mostly with bands.I will work for FREE/cost only if it's expensive i.e. if I have to go to the other side of London or you want traditional film rather than digi...
