Name's Cara, (Cara Louise when I'm in trouble, usually for breaking things)
Lived in Leixlip all my life apart from a brief stint in our haunted house in Saggart. I'm a Gaelgoir, went to Scoil Chearbhaill uà Dhálaigh, then Coláiste Chiaráin, then NUI Maynooth and then did my H Dip in TV and Radio in Kairos in Maynooth. Worked in a media production company for 2 years. Got to meet some really cool people and have involvement in gigs and projects at a level where I would have never imagined. Since then I've been with Setanta Sports and I'm now working for a newspaper the last 2 years, am an agony aunt to farmers nationwide and volunteer some of my spare time getting Oil and Blood into a venue near you.Please check out www.myspace.com/oilandbloodmusic for a great new Dublin based band.
