Books are my new passion.... I am totally in love with The Pillars of the Earth. It was such an amazing book and I just didn't want to put it down. I also loved the Da Vinci Code, Angels and Demons (or any book by Dan Brown), The Life of Pi, The Kite Runner, A Thousand Splendid Suns, So Long Gone, Saving Fish from Drowning, Water for Elephants and the list continues to grow.

Heroes:

My mother for raising me and my sister all by herself; any single mother for that matter, they take the weight of the world on their shoulders and never falter for the sake of their children and the sake of their sanity.I also admire Nelson Mandela, The Dali Lama, MLK and anyone that stands for peace and equality in this hate filled world... We all need something positive to remind us that we may be different, but we are really more alike than we realize.
