Taken from our Press Kit..................Chozin Few started in various garages and street corners with freestyle
sessions which eventually turned into song writing sessions.In 2003
Rakis joined a sound engineering course and quickly became comrades
with dj Myrikal and mc Dodge who seemed to share his passion for hip
hop and the willingness to put in work to become a force in Wellington
and New Zealand hip hop. The crew started recording and performing around the Wellington region building a reputation for hyped live performances and
delivering music that is unique to this crew. Armed with 3 fine tuned mc's
and dj Myrikal who constantly ranks high in dj battles (4th place at the
NZ 2005 dmc's)this crew is ready to share their talent and hunger with anyone who dares to listen!
2006 is looking like there aint no stopping the Few, building on from 2005 where the crew dropped their independent self titled "Street release" and DJ Myrikal dropped "Street Credentialz, The Mixtape" which were both well recieved This Welli reppin crew is drawn in from the surrounding cities that fall into the "04" area code (also known as Greater Wellington) are preparing fot the takeover!!
