About Me

I'm usually a a pretty quiet person that loves the outdoors, reading, listening to music and gaming. I generally just want to be left to my own devices but the army doesn't like to do that. I'm quiet and outspoken except when I put on a uniform then I'm loud and all about business so I come off as a very rough no nonsesne gets pissed in a New York second sort of person that to the army. I'm a Soldier that got lost on his way to finishing collge. My life sense I joined the Minnesota Army National Guard has been basicly put on hold except for short periods between deployments and activations sense graduating basic as an 11B Infantrymen. I have been activated peace keeping in the Balkans and now Combat operations in Iraq. In the time between deployments I have managed to complete 3+ semesters of college and became an EMT with the intent of becoming a Fire fighter.

My Interests

I Love the outdoors. The Boundry Waters Canoe Area, Great Lakes, Northern Minnesota that area. Fishing and spending time out on the lakes is my favorite things to do Get up early go out on the lake when the mist still obscures it and head out bass and muskie fishing watching the sun come up there is nothing better. I read a lot and magazines and books. I love going out and shootin, shooting milk jugs filled with water with my friends and dad is a blast with a hand gun at 20 feet or a high powered rifle at 600 meters I still get the same thrill. Night its the for hole in the wall bars and irish pubs and pool halls for and me and when i stay home its video games music and movies and lots of whisky. My newest one is motorcycles.

Music:

Rock, Metal, Alternative Rock and some Pop. Bands like Live , Sublime, White Stripes, Jewel, Cake Metallica, Slayer, Static X, Dropkick Murphy's, Creed, Nirvana, Breed, Stained, American Presidents, All American Rejects, Rammstein, all sorts of music.

Movies:

Action, Action, Action. If a movie goes longer than 5 minutes with out a funny seen or something or someone bing destroyed i have a really hard time watching it.

Television:

Currently don't get to watch a lot of it but Discovery and History channels are my two favorites right now MTV was one but sense they stopped playing music I don't really watch it anymore

Books:

Sci-Fi any and Tom Clancy, David Weber, John Ringo series. All Star Wars. Anything about the future. I'll read anything about Military History in the hope that I will not make the Same mistake as some poor sap did in the past during my own military adventures.
