My Interests

I like riding bikes long distances. I once rode 150 miles on a fixed gear in a single day. I like tinkering with my bikes and switching parts. Most of the time I break more stuff than I actually fix. It is frustrating.

I'd like to meet:

To complete yuppiedom: I need a hybrid car. I need a carbon bike frame. I need a burr coffee grinder. I need health insurance and to get fillings. I need to eat 80% organic. I need to pay for haircuts. I need to finish the house so we can have "dinner parties."

UPDATE 4.2.08: Now own carbon bike.

Music:

I once rode my bike across North Dakota listening to Metallica like 90% of the time.
Now... Modest Mouse. Godspeed. Flock of Seagulls. Fifteen. Crimpshrine. Lifetime. The stand by me soundtrack
and for some reason a lot of 10,000 maniacs. that is a guilty pleasure though
sometimes I like to whistle the legend of zelda theme song.

Books:

Into the Wild. A walk across America. Into thin air. Miles from Nowhere. ...

Heroes:

i believe in me, i make my dreams real
