I LOVE SINGING WITH TIM CLIFTON WITH PURPOSE!!!!.. I love singing period.. I am a member of The Potter's House in Dallas TX where Bishop TD Jakes is my pastor and Lady Serita Jakes is my 1st Lady (insert)(I love 1st lady Jakes she is the Epitome of a lady(love you too Bishop)) :) I had to get that out!!..:) I serve on the Praise Team at the Potters House and I'm so grateful that God would trust me with the responsibility, that I do not take lightly. I am also Currently working with Fred Hammond and Family, in Fred Hammond's Warehouse Worship! AND LOVING IT!Long story short I am orginally from Joliet IL. (That's outside of Chicago for those who don't know)LOL. Where I was a member of Shiloh MB Church in Lockport Il. I was born on the front pew at Shiloh.. better yet I was born on the Communion table, you know where it says "Do this in rememberace of me" right in between the big candles in front of the big bible..LOL. Seriously... I directed and sang in the choir, from the childrens choir to the youth choir to the Greater United Choir(Adult Choir) or as my former pastor would say.. "The best choir this side of heaven" Worked with BYF (Baptist Youth Fellowship) Sunday School treasure etc... You name it I've done it or know how to do it..and this was not a small church.. When I think back all I can say is WOW.. God bless me with alot of gifts and talents and I will always use them for HIS GLORY.. As my BF always says "What can't you do?" Through Christ I can do all things, and if you know me I don't display or boast about anything, just if there is a need and I can do it... I will...
I thank God for the privilage of being able to perform in various Stage Plays(too many to name or remember) and Musical performaces. I've shared the stage and been able to record with Anthony Hamilton, Kirk Franklin(overdubs),shared the stage with John P Kee, The Josh Goode Band, V M Makay(studio), John Murray and Worship and now Tim Cliton with Purpose. This group of people I love like family..as a matter of fact they are family. Shout out to Purpose..I LUV YOU GUYS.. I could go on and on about Purpose b/c they are not your typical group.. see me for an explaination :)..
In my younger days I participated in various things including an Oratoracle contest, in which I was Runner up/1st runner up..?? something like that (I'll have to ask my momma)LOL..MySpace asked "About Me" so I'm just trying to give a little info...
I moved to Dallas TX in 1999....I have one son Trevis that I love with all my heart, he's gonna be a great man, "Train up a child in the way he should go....." Don't know what else to say.. I think I have said enough.. Not a big talker..LOL but... I'm a lover not a figher..I'm a positive person.. I love people, I love seeing people live out there dreams and accomplishing what God has put them/us here to do. In the meantime, I will share this with you.....
