This is a "guitar band" with a great vocalist, with tasty guitar work and highly engaging tracks. Vocals are tuneful, impassioned and quite harmonic, so much so that, on occasion, the guy almost sounds like he's doing his own backing.
the best "album band" around here right now
as songwriters, arrangers and players, they are in a class of their own

ABOUT US

The concept of Indianapolis was born in 2003 by two mates, Andy Robertson and Steven Burns. Steve was the lead guitarist in local cover band and Andy wrote the occasional poem.
In 2006 the guys finally got their act together, wrote a few tunes and started a band. After a few lineup changes, then a few more, the band is now settled as 4 piece and have built up a good collection of songs.
The bands live set is now a Rock n Roll cocktail, somewhere between Kasabian, Oasis & The stone Roses. While the mellower tracks are reminiscent of Snow Patrol, Coldplay and The Bluetones.
With intentions to establish themselves in the thriving local music scene and beyond, this is a band with confidence in their own musical direction and abilities and are definitely one you should watch out for..........
