About Me

Short biography of the Piraya; I grew up in a small town in the south of Norway with my mother and two brothers. I have six siblings, none with whom I share both mother and father. These are the people I love the most (my siblings). While growing up, I had few friends, so I spent a lot of time reading and listening to music. It all ended in a large amount of lyrics and poems. I tried to send them to a publisher, but didn't try too hard. I sent an evelope with the name of the publisher I wanted to use, and no adress. It was of course returned to me. I was 15 at the time. So I thought the best way to reach a lot of people was through music, so I started to play in a band. I played bass. This band went ad undas as the drummer turned to right-extremistic groups. We banned him. As the music-career didn't seem to go too far, so I started playing theatre. I went to school, almost quitted, and was taught in lighting engineering instead. That, I enjoyed much. After this, I went to work with old people in a home, now I'm about.. 18 years. I also started writing a novel at this time, which I still try to complete. After a year working, drinking and doing drugs, I thought it was time to follow dreams. So I went to Berlin. Without any plans. It ended up as a very important experience. Nothing I would ever recommend. I don't tell much about my time in Berlin. After a while, I had to return to Norway. Broken, dirty and with a lot of new baggage in my head. I have a good head. I started University. When I've finished, I have a lot of dreams. But we will see what happens.I have huge mood-swings. I am very dedicated and engaged. Very creative. Very clever. And have high self-esteem. I do not always go well with people, as I am stubborn, proud and easily bored. I am me. The Piraya. I like to travel, to take photographs, to read, to learn, to listen, to write, to create. The future is a great place to be in.

Music:

Punk, hardcore, metal, electronica, classical, rock, grunge, indie, garage etc.... as long as it's well done. And not too "perfect". "Perfect" is boring. (I could list up band names here, but gee, boring. Ask if you wonder..), And I have yet never heard a song with the word "butterfly" in it, which didn't suck.

Movies:

a lot.

Television:

I thought it was somehting good on the other day, but I was wrong. TV is something you do when you kill time. I kill time with aminal planet.
