About Me

In a nutshell, here’s my story……… I started playing guitar at ten, played with anyone who could stand me and formed a series of bands, the longest being “The YaYas.” After doing the college circuit for a few years, I left for Austin, Texas where I met quite an array of characters and musicians. After a few years there, I decided to go back to school (already having a BFA in painting from “John Herron School of Art”) and earned a language degree in French and German at SWT. Having recorded an album in Indianapolis with “The YaYas,” I moved back to Indiana, working solo and with “The YaYas,” occasionally joining other projects such as “The Bleeders” and “Ian Mitchell’s Bay City Rollers.” During the past year, I've been focusing mostly on traditional country-blues due to gig opportunities and getting back to the pure roots of the music I love.
