About Me

Well i just turned 29 and don't feel any older. I am planning a trip to Scotland with side trips to Paris, Dublin, London, and Stonehenge for the Spring Equinox for my 30th B-Day!!! We plan ..ing it off in New York City for a couple of days!!! I am the 2nd oldest of 5 kids - 4 girls and 1 boy. Family comes first with me. I was raised in Kent and lived there until I went to college in Montana for 2 years. Came home 'cuz i missed the water and couldn't figure out what I wanted to do(still can't) when I grow up. I have a couple of tatoos and am planning on a couple more, a wrist band and to finish my foot tattoo.

My Interests

Not much to tell - I am a workaholic (it sucks being on call 24/7) I love to spend my free time w/ friends and family. I have a new puppy and 3 cats that are like my kids. I own my own home which I love. I have 2 1/2 roommates - my 2 sisters and my niece. I love the summer time because of the bonfires and bbq's we have @ my place.

Music:

My music tastes are very eclectic I listen to about everything. The last concert I went to was the Rascal Flatts concert in March, which was awsome. Some of my favorite artists are Alanis Morissette, Avril Lavigne, Brad Paisley, Brooks & Dunn, Carrie Underwood, Eminem, Evanescence, Everclear, Faith Hill, Fall Out Boy, Good Charlotte, Gretchen Wilson, John Mayer, Justin Timberlake, Katharine McPhee, and many, many more. As you can see I am a country girl at heart.

Movies:

It's sad to say that I havn't been to the actual movies un forever. I normally rent or buy the movies I watch. I have a hugh collection of movies and TV shows on DVD. I watch just about everything except horror - I just can't stomach them, but give me a good action / adventure movie and I am good to go. I also watch those 'chick flicks'.

Television:

TV was my first love as a child and it has stuck with me. I love the TiVo which is neccessary since I work the swing shift and am never home at night. My new favorite shows from this year are : Heroes, Ugly Betty, Men In Trees, Brothers & Sisters, The Dresden Files. My returning favorites are 24, Prison Break, Battlestar Galactica, Both Stargates, Eureka(yes I am a SciFi junkie) all 3 CSi's (NY is my fav), Survivor (this season is boring), Amazing Race (I miss Rob & Amber), Grey's Anatomy and I watch most other procedural dramas

Books:

I have a ton of books in my libary, it is pretty much split down the middle between mystery and romance books. Some of my favorite authors are Nora Roberts, Katie MacAlister, Susan Grafton, Kathy Riechs, Stephanie Laurens, and many more.

Heroes:

My cousin JW who died defending us in the Middle East, my folks for putting up with 5 hellion kids, and my sister the single mom.
