ALWAYS put them over everyone else, including myself. Their safety, needs, wants, and happiness are my top concerns. I'm not exactly the most social person around. Chances are, I don't like you. You have to be able to hold an intelligent conversation. And that includes anything out of the standard bullshit of a/s/l or other shit like that. I like people with depth to them. If you don't know what that means, I probably don't need the likes of you anyways. I'm a very sarcastic person, and tend to be a smartass most of the time, but I do know when it's time to be serious. I'm very picky about who I become friends with, and if I 'dismiss' you, it's for a damn good reason. I'll stay loyal to you until you fuck me over, or extremely piss me off. And you'll know if you do either or those. I tend to speak first, ask questions later.
Faceless people will be put on block, unless you can prove to me who you are. And I'm very picky about how you will have to prove it to me.
