Jeff Fiorello is an emerging singer-songwriter whose unique, catchy acoustic rock sound carries a laid back Southern vibe. Most call him Fio (Pronounced Fee-Oh) – so you may as well do the same. He grew up in Niceville, FL, USA and got on to the pop scene while attending Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. There, he began writing seriously and formed his own band, Rustic, that played the college circuit in North Carolina. In 2004 and 2005, he joined his good friends and fellow musicians in FreeMonica.
Then, in 2005, Jeff got the opportunity of a lifetime by landing an internship with NBC Saturday Night Live (SNL). With this opportunity in hand, he packed his gear and headed to New York City. While serving his internship with SNL, he played solo gigs around the city and decided to pursue a career in entertainment in earnest. In 2006, he completed his first CD at Tainted Blue Studios in NYC and released his debut album in November 2006. In the summer of 2008, Jeff Released his second CD, "Live at Rockwood Music Hall." The CD included seven live tracks as well as three previously unreleased demos.
Jeff has played shows with the likes of Kenny Rogers, Ingrid Michaelson, Steve Carlson, actress Alicia Witt, Rodney Atkins and Jason Aldean. He currently resides in New York City where he is preparing new material for his third full-length release..
