My goal in life is to help people achieve their optimal level of fitness. I plan to achieve this by teaching not instructing a functional fitness method in which people can easily mimic once they begin their own exercise regime. The pathways that lead to fitness have several directions, my ultimate dream is to find the pathways that fit every body type. I mean lets face it we all do not have the same body type, so why should we all be doing the same exercises. My heroes are my clients. I am an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer, and it is the changes I see in my clients from their beginning stage to the optimum stage that brightens my day. Their level of confidence that rises with every new muscle built, inch lost,and pound eliminated amazes me every day. So my heroes are my clients. Because they are real, and they experience life altering changes and make and effort to keep strong. My motivation helped them achieve these goals, Im proud and happy, my clients are my heroes!
