While I claim that I am from Colorado, I was born in California and lived in LA's South Bay area until I was in fourth grade. During that year, my family moved to Boulder CO, where I lived until I graduated from high school before joining the Marines.I always felt like I was meant to have some sort of military experience, but I just couldn't stay in and delay my life's mission. I got out after my four year obligation and went to college.I never thought I would go to college, so the fact that I did, and graduated, (with a degree in something I actually like!) is pretty cool. I was a horrible high school student, but college wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Must have been that good ole Marine Corps discipline helping me along the way. After completing school, I didn't exactly rush out to get a job, well, I sort of did, but in my profession, there's not really a rush to anything in the beginning. So I slogged to where I am now and am making my way through the trenches of being a new actor.I couldn't put it off any more. It called to me for years and I put it off and put it off and gave myself excuses like "Well, I'm at least doing something productive like going to college" but that time is over, and now is the time for me to take my destiny by the horns and bring that sum-bitch down!Guess I'll succeed or die trying (probably take a few people with me since I will have gone insane by then. j/k!). Not doing too bad though. Have a few smaller roles in a couple films (Rendition,Lions for Lambs) and a national commercial on the air. If you couldn't tell, my big acting aspiration is to play Captain America.I've been drawn to the character over the past six years or so, and I really feel that I am right for the part. I'm not just being another a-hole actor begging for a job, I actually think this role is right for me. So that explans all the Captain America pictures.-Nuff said-
